Sheikh Hamdan International Photography Award "HIPA" Our wise leadership in Dubai believes that the remarkable economic development witnessed by the emirate in material and infrastructure-building area and urban development which is the unique of its kind globally, cannot be integrated unless accompanied by the development of a parallel development in the path of culture and the arts, and Dubai never forget that culture and arts are the mirror of peoples, of course it can't do that as its Crown Prince is the poet and creative.

That's the idea of launching Hamdan International Photography Award "HIPA" emerged in the local space of the state of the United Arab Emirates, and in the wide Arab and International space. This award, for which the artists waited with great interest, and which will be the link to translate their work on the ground to be 'a dream come true', and hopefully it, will be one of the landmarks of our beloved country.

In the present era photography became an important tool in life everywhere, as most administrative and specialization works need this tool.

In this sense and in order to meet the desires of many who love this art; this unique award came to occupy the first position locally and globally.

Photography is one of the most important art forms, which is adored by many, both photographers themselves or those who like and follow their work, we almost be certain that it is the best art, as the supervisor of the photographs cannot help but admire these photos, unlike some types of other arts, which has surprised some, while not an exclamation point of others.
