Metal asylum Compilation launching party

This CD is the brain-child of Metal Asylum, the UAE’s longest running rock and metal platform. This recording sets out to prove that there are many very talented bands here in UAE who need a chance to be heard.

The UAE is not the easiest place to be a band, especially with the tight regulations and no under 21 laws.

So after searching through piles of band demo’s, We came up with what We consider to be the top 13 UAE rock and metal bands of the moment.
This does not mean the other bands were bad, this just means we have some more great material saved up for Metal Asylum compilation volume 2 ;)
We want to give as many talented local rock and metal bands a chance to be heard as possible.

This is just the first step to getting the UAE music scene squarely on the music map.
We want the CD to be properly distributed across the UAE, and further if possible, so that everyone has a chance to hear what great music we produce here in this region.
