So what's about that Brown Paper Bag you ask? Odd name to call a night you think.......
Well, we created Brown Paper Bag with a number of you out there in mind. For years there's talk about the commerciality that plagued the nightlife scene. So, we decided to do something about it for you and those of you who may be willing to embrace something new and make it yours. We've secured a small venue (Catwalk) to carefully cultivate our/your passion for music. And we're not alone.......our efforts were met by likeminded dj's/producers/promoters who also felt the need for something different. For the first time in Dubai we're working in a collective effort represented by WE ARE. That in itself gives YOU more choice to groove to the style of music you prefer on any given Friday.

You might say that Brown Paper Bag was created out of a need to bring the music back in to focus. And it promises to knock the dj off his high and lofty tower and move him closer to the dance floor.

Our night will not profit at the expense of authenticity or a genuine point of view. And we will not compromise our values to win over those who don't want to open their minds and listen to something different.

We draw our power through anonymity and create suspense through a strictly no frills, limited information in advance, policy! Local and international performers will not be announced in advance.
