The exhibition I. U. [Heart] tackles the relationships between Iran and the United States, and Iranians in the US and in Iran. The selection of works by Iranian artists portrays their individual responses towards how Iran’s politics and policies dominate the world’s perception of the country.

Going beyond the love-hate ambiguity of the Iran-US, this exhibition investigates the broader and more complex interactions between artists, history and identity.
