Christopher Dines in Hollywood
United States | 20/06/2010
“A goal ought to be a dream, never an obsession. It’s a dream that sparks ones imagination to great heights,” says Christopher Dines.
London-born former DJ and human potential expert, Christopher Dines, has been busy public speaking. Having DJed at legendary club nights such as Defected in the House at Pacha, Ministry of Sound and City Loud at Turnmills in his early twenties, Dines has made the transition onto the global human potential platform as a rising star gaining applause in Hollywood. Christopher’s brand new book A Ticket to Prosperity is released on 7th July 2010.
“My roots are popular culture. I’ve DJed at some of the world’s most prestigious nightclubs and parties which gives me an edge, especially when communicating and speaking to a young audience. I’ve been speaking at public events on the topic of spiritual principles, success, self-belief, and human potential. I am also learning a new language, Spanish,” says the former DJ.
Former tour manager for Led Zeppelin, The Who and Ossy Osborne, eminence Richard Cole says in Christopher’s book: “Dines is a unique talent. I found Christopher’s teachings in his book, “A Ticket to Prosperity,” a most enlightening and interesting experience, for someone who believes very much in the reap what you sow, and the laws of the universe.”
Although his focus has drifted away from nightclubs, Dines has been keeping busy in the studio remaining true to his roots: “We’ve just finished producing the new Neneh Cherry cut ‘Liberty Rap,’ which I produced with Mr Article P from Athena Digital. I am not on the mainstream circuit for DJing anymore although I am happy to DJ at the occasional private party that pays well,” says Christopher.
One of the first of his kind to successfully evolve into a new career from the electronic DJ world onto a bigger stage, Christopher explains: “I enjoy producing quality House music, talking to crowds of people and helping others to become prosperous. Who said that I cannot combine them?”
Having teamed up with Hollywood’s Celebrity Image Consultant, Daniel DiCriscio, who has a string of A-List clients such Pamela Anderson, Paula Jones, Marilyn Manson and the late Anna Nicole Smith, Dines says: “I am creating human potential events with Daniel DiCriscio in LA who is Hollywood’s most sought after Celebrity Image Consultant. His recent work with Pamela Anderson proves that he has a natural gift for leading people to success, prosperity, and good fortune.”
DiCriscio’s quote for Christopher can be found on the front cover of A Ticket to Prosperity “Christopher Dines brings a new energy that can elevate ones self to places one thought was unattainable.” Dines shares with us: “A Ticket to Prosperity is about living a more meaningful, prosperous life. It is six years in the making and three years of writing (editing). Its official release date is the 7th July 2010.”
Being still only twenty six years old, one of the youngest in his field as a rising star, Christopher has kept well grounded insisting that anyone can achieve, finally summarising: “Think of what you can bring to life and know that there is a solution to every problem. Believe in yourself and enjoy the journey. I am a high school drop out who was once terribly dysfunctional towards society and authority figures and yet I have accomplished the creation of this book.” As Will Smith put it: “Your life will become better by making other lives better.”
