The International Institute of Leadership Studies presents the first of a series on transformational leadership. This workshop focuses on the foundation of any successful leader – their self-worth. Through this workshop we will explore how to build your self-image, which can be a direct reflection of how you value yourself. It will be very participative with lots of discussions and exercises, with a focus on self-evaluation and introspective thought.

This one-day workshop will be facilitated by Nigel Fann, a thirty-plus year veteran of the professional training field and founder of Sun Learning Systems here in Dubai. Sun Learning Systems is a leader in certified training and has worked closely with many of the Middle East’s top companies for over ten years. As one of our leading affiliates, they conduct all of the IILS workshops within the UAE.
